If I were you, I would restart in succession:
- modem
- router (and any switches)
- Hubitat
It looks to me that Hubitat isnโt receiving essential information by DHCP including the gateway and the IP address of a DNS server to use for name resolution.

What platform version were you running before this update?
From 2.2.5.131
Does the hub have a warranty? I still haven't been able to connect it to the internet.
You could try setting a fixed IP, and a fixed gateway adress.
That should rule out possible DHCP issue's.
Since I bought it I used an fixed IP address. Thanks man!
So you have set a fixed IP on the Hubitat hub.
Can you "ping" the hub from your router/gateway?
If so > getaway issue in hub.
If no > networking issue (could be settings ore cable)
To rule out the cable, just place another device on the cable and test.
I'll try this and let you know. Thanks
So you have a network connection on your hub.
So the problem must be software defined.
You could try and set your hub to DHCP and set a reservation for the same IP adress in your router.
Then reboot your hub, and see if the issue persists.
This tottaly worked, your a life saver. Thanks a lot!!!!
