I have sold a home with C7 configured and want to get rid of that hub on my account. Non tech owners so just leaving the automatic controls in place under my ID. How do I remove their hub from my account?

When I moved several years ago I set up a new gmail account for the house and changed over the Ecobees and ring doorbell to that address. At that time there wasn't much automated with a C5 so I took that with me. Had there been more than a few smart bulbs and first gen z-wave switches I would have changed that account over to the house and left it as well. Actually, I moved before we sold the house so I set up the new account for the old house so it could continue to look occupied and bought a new hub for the new house. Those were both C5s that I subsequently sold and replaced with a C7 and now C8.
