Soft reset

Hi,
I have tried to soft reset my elevation hub from my Samsung galaxy s10 app, but am not able too.
Very frustrating!!
Can some please advise me what to do or how to do it please.
Regards John F

What are you actually seeing?
Nothing, error code, etc.
Can you get to the diagnostics page.

Edit: You probably need to be on your local network.

In addition to what @bobbles said, frankly you're better off using a computer browser to perform a soft reset over a mobile browser.

Backup first, you will need a computer to store the download. How to backup your hub - Hubitat Documentation

Then Soft Reset - Hubitat Documentation

Hi
I've done as you have said, but when I hit the soft rest tab nothing happens

Hi
No error codes show up

Try clearing your browser cache and/or accessing the tab using incognito mode. If that doesn’t work, it may be time to ask @bobbyD for some guidence.

If your default browser is Samsung Internet, that might be the problem (browser is not supported). Try using Chrome on your mobile phone by accessing the Diagnostic Tool directly from the browser instead of Hubitat mobile app.

Hi,
I'm using Microsoft Edge browser app

Mobile version of Microsoft Edge is not supported either. Mind trying Chrome browser?
