Can I use Matter to pair older smartthings wifi plugs to hubitat?
I am not aware of any Matter bridges that will expose WiFi devices to other Matter Controllers.

Do you have a model number? AFAIK all SmartThings-branded plugs, especially the older ones, were Zigbee.
