Smartthings outlet

Hi guys. I have a smartthings outlet which doesn't appear to be reporting it's power correctly. It seems to be reporting approximately 10% or the true energy consumption. My driver is "Generic ZigBee Outlet" it has been working fine until Circa 4 weeks ago.

Any help would be appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:

There are several different models of SmartThings outlets. Can you copy and paste your particular device information from the device web page 'Data' section?

From what I can gather online it's a 2019 model GP-WOU019BBDWG if this helps.

I meant the device Data section details, as seen on HE device web page :

The info here undoubtedly identifies the exact device model and firmware.

Ah, sorry, see attached and thanks in advance

I see something strange here - the model and the manufacturer are missing from the Data section ... I don't know whether the "Generic ZigBee Outlet" uses this data or not, but this may be a problem.

Try pairing the outlets again to HE (without removing the device!), all your automations and dashboards will be kept. Hopefully pairing it again will solve the power reporting issue.

Fantastic @kkossev. Really appreciate your help. I had to delete and re-add the device but it worked perfectly. Not sure why this occured but oddly it happened to 2 of my 3 smartthings outlets :+1::+1:
