I just want to share you the community my latest addition to my home automation and it is my Apple Watch. I was looking for a way to control my devices using my watch as it is the only device that will follow me everywhere in the house. I found this great app Voice In a Can available on a few platforms for smart watches. I can now control all my devices using my watch and behave as an echo dot on my wrist. Voice in a Can
Can't you just talk to Siri? With Android, no 3rd party app needed. Just talk to Google Assistant built right in to WearOS (Android).

If there is a way, I don't know how yet and I'm not sure Siri can talk to Amazon Alexa that easily. Not a whole lot of love between the two. 
I might be mistaken, but I think what @bptworld meant is, why not use Siri to control your Hubitat-paired devices/scenes without involving Alexa? You can do this using HomeBridge or HOOBS.
