Smart Meter Replacment Messed up Alexa!

My power company has been changing all customer meters to "smart Meters"...they changed my meter out today. Now none of my Alexa routines work...Alexa just says "Sorry Dining Room is not responding" or "Kitchen not responding" if I want to turn these switches ON or OFF.

However, I can still control all these plugs & switches with HE app & thru HE dashboard.
That is I can turn them on or off....just can't use Alexa to do it.

I can use Alexa to control Phillips Hue bulbs but not the switches & outlets.

Any ideas on how to get my Alexa routines back working?

Might try removing the problem devices from the Amazon Echo Skill, hitting update and done; and then add them back in.
