Hi all.
I am looking for smart door lock with camera but I couldn’t find anything works with hubitat.
Last few days I found some company tells that they have lock with zigbee ( which I can control the lock ) and ONVIF ( which I can see the video streaming locally ).
Do you have any suggestions?

This connects via Matter to HE. (I go through the Eufy base station, but it should work directly as well.)

Thanks but it is not fully local right?
I doesn’t has zigbee or ONVIF.
It still needs internet or 3rd party cloud

It is local. It does not require the internet after the initial setup (cloud login) in the Eufy app. It joins Hubitat via Matter WiFi.

So you can open or close via hubitat by matter.
What about video streaming? Can I stream video to tablet which connected to the same lan without internet? IP or RTSP maybe?

Yes, you can lock/unlock from Hubitat via Matter. I'm not sure about video streaming, sorry.
