The description for the Fibaro motion sensor says that the multi-color LED can be turned off if supported by the hub. Does Hubitat support that?
Yes, this can be disabled in the device's preferences.
True the NCZ-3043-HA is 3" wide but it's .8" tall. It's wall mount counter parts are 2.32 x .73 x 1.02 and one of those has a narrow field of view if you need an option like that. I have a couple of the Zooz ZSE-18's too as I had the need for the way they are designed and how they mount. It's great to have choices!

I've had good luck with the Aeotec trisensor... lux, motion, temp. It's zwave and 1.77 x 1.77 x 1.46 in. What I really like about it is the reset timers are all adjustable and the combination of lux and motion is handy for controlling lights. (i.e. when motion is active and lux<250 turn on lights.) For a bit more you can get the Sensor 6, which includes humidity, UV, and vibration.
The Aeotec sensors can also be recessed, which is quite a benefit.
