Small bug in 2.0.0.104

Running 2.0.0.104. Sorting of date column is incorrect. Sorting device last activity column ascending shows this:

2018-11-21 10:43:00 PM PST
2018-11-21 12:00:04 AM PST
2018-11-21 12:00:06 PM PST
2018-11-21 12:00:06 PM PST
2018-11-21 2:29:41 PM PST

Looks like it's sorting the date correctly, but not the time.

I also found an HSM bug. Running 2.0.0.104. When I enable 'select lights to flash' and then select a Z-wave outlet, the outlet never 'flashes' and it causes the text (or push notification) to never go out.
