Since 2.06 no locks or sirens are working

As the subject says: Since the 2.06 update none of my Schlage locks or Utiltech sirens are working. All of my GE switches work just fine.

REFRESH and REBUILD have no effect on operation.

What is the work around? Do I need to remove and re-add ??
