ok, Kinda proud of this one... I figured out a way to integrate SimpliSafe and Hubitat. The only downfall is that it allows for Arming only.

Here was the steps I did in order as best I can remember.

  1. Setup a Rule to set home/away status based on phone presence sensor.
  2. Setup a Virtual Switch and share it with Google Home
  3. Setup another rule to turn on the Virtual Switch when Away Mode and Off when Home Mode
  4. In google home, connect simplisafe
  5. create a simple automation in Google Home that states when the Virtual Switch is "on" Arm Simplisafe

Note
When adding Virtual devices to Google Home, be sure to also go into GH and add it to your home. Just cause you see it in your dashboard, does not mean it's actually part of the home ecosystem.

I hope this helps someone at some point as I know the API integration with SS has been broken and will probably remain broken for some time now.
