I had an app that ran just fine for a couple of years. Now it won't run. The Zwave module works, I can turn it on in devices.
Please post the Scheduled Jobs from the bottom of the app info page (circle-i icon).
It lost its Schedules somehow. Open the app and hit Done, that should fix it.

I tried that rebooted hub, and scheduled jobs looks the same. I will see what it does tomorrow night.
Did you hit Done in the app? Reboot is not needed or helpful. If it doesn't have a Scheduled Job for 8:30 PM it won't run.
Yes, I did that. Hit done, multiple times. Also tried changing time only on event, but no go. Finally, disabled simple automations and renabled. This time it did trigger on time.
