"Simple" question (I hope) on RM periodic scheduling

So ... I want to trigger an app every hour from now (I am monitoring Hub memory) ... How do I get to that 1-hour periodic scheduling option?

I think I want "Every 1 hour" (I don't need the 1AM):

But RM periodic scheduling every hour gets me this ...

Which only triggers at 1AM (as far as I can tell) ... My trigger setup looks like this

Using minutes, and every '59' minutes works well and eliminates the start at hr question - a thought j
