Simple "on at sunset" RL not working

I have a very simple RL instance that has stopped working for some reason. Not sure when this started happening. It turns on two lights a set time after sunset each day. It has no conditions or complications.

RL:

Automation is supposed to run at 6:27 pm, 15 minutes after sunset:

Logs: This is all I get in logs, just from the app, neither device shows up.

Set it to run again at 6:35 and the same as above...nothing in the logs but this from the app, devices are MIA:

Appreciate input - I must me missing something obvious, right?

As it says, "Already Activated". So either add option to Activate even if partially activated, or put those lights in the Turn Off option about Lights that Determine it Off.

Thanks. So even though RL knows the lights aren't on (table is up to date), it still thinks one of them is activated and won't activate? That seems like a bug. Not? Both of them are Z-Wave+ and seem to be reporting state promptly/accurately.

Has anything changed recently in RL that would have made it stop working as is?

How were the lights turned off? If not by RL, then it will still think it's activated. That's why the Lights to Determine Off option exists. The default behavior is that RL remains activated until it Turns Off the lights. It only examines the lights' state when that option is selected. This hasn't changed from the outset.

Thanks for the explanation. I must have missed that along the way.

Worked w/the "partially activated" setting added.

RL thinks it's the boss. It won't activate while activated, and it won't leave the activated state unless one of a number of conditions is met, or it does it itself through Means to Turn Off. This is the normal use. Think about a simple motion lighting scenario: motion turns on the lights (Means to Activate), and motion inactive for some time turns them off (Means to Turn Off). If motion goes active again before that time runs out, it won't do anything because the lights are already on. That's the default model for how it works.

Another way to do it is to use Indicator options.

Thanks, that does make it clearer.
