Simple blind automation

I'm stumped. I'm trying to get a blind to open at sunrise, unless sunrise is before 6:30am - then open it at 6:30. I've been trying to get it done with a virtual switch that turns on when there is an early sunrise. I got that set up, but I get stuck trying to get this...
"At 630am if the virtual switch is ON then open the blind."
All I see are time ranges, but not a set time to run it. I just got my Hubitat and devices up today (from Smartthings) so I'm still trying to figure out simple stuff.
Thank you!

If you haven't already, I would suggest reading through doc: Rule 5.1 | Hubitat Documentation

There are a few ways to do this but based on what you are trying to do you could do this

If you don't or won't be using the virtual switch for other rules you could simply make the condition- IF (Time between Sunset(8:29 PM) and 6:29 AM (instead of the switch on).

My hero. Thank you. I appreciate the help, I'd normally fart around with it until I had it, but I spent all day yesterday converting 60 zwave devices from Smartthings to my new S8 hub. I couldn't risk the wife getting all pissy about the blinds not working. Bullet dodged. Off to read the documentation.
