Simple Automation Rules v version 1.2 renaming

I created a new SAR-1.2 rule and noticed that there was no option to rename the rule, as is the usual case. I checked other rules, both 1.1 and 1.2 and they have that option. Thoughts?
I also just noticed that I can't turn on logging or app events or optimization.

This is what should be at the bottom of the rule.

This issue is fixed in upcoming 2.3.1 release.

Just realized my issue - I hadn't selected Lower or Greater than on Turn on Lights if Temperature is...
Selecting an option then displays the other options.
