Simple Automation Rules Broken

I recently updated to 2.2.8.156 and now when I click on Simple Automation Rules in Apps, I get: Unexpected Error

An unexpected error has occurred trying to load the app. Check Logs for more information.

However, there is nothing in the logs related to this, the most recent event being minutes before I attempted to access Simple Automation Rules. I do have a sunset rule defined, and I've seen references to issues with that, however I'm not trying to access that rule, just the app itself.

My upgrade was from version 2.1.5.124.

Do a reboot (from Settings). If this issue persists, do a Soft Reset. Also tagging @gopher.ny

Reboot, no effect. Soft reset and restore, no effect. Sorry to take so long on this.
