Any ideas why this Simple Automation Rule is not switching of my lights as stated?
The idea is to have the lights turned on at 06:00 (if this time is before sunrise) and then to turn the lights off at sunrise.
With the current rule the lights are turned on at 06:00 (which right now is before sunrise) but then fails to turn then off at sunrise. Am I missing something?
I'm guessing because you have a restriction that kicks in before the turn off can happen. They are the same time.
Try changing your restriction to sunset +1 minute or the turn off at 05.59.
Not sure but it may work.
Turn off the on/off optimization.
Thanks! I can confirm that changing the restriction with 1 minute did work!

I have tried turning that optimization off, but it does not help/impact this problem. Adding the offset in the restriction according to @bobbles works fine.
