Shutting down old email

Hello all,

The original email that I used to setup the hub (@cox.net) is no longer valid and I need to remove it from the hub

I created a new admin account on the hub (@gmail.com) yet in the hub account details, It seems to only let me remove the @gamil which is not the one to be removed

So far, searching the forum isn't leading me to a solution, what am I missing?

There was a bug in the past that allowed a hub to have 2 admin accounts. That bug has been fixed, but hubs that have dual admins must remove one. Once you remove the additional admin, you should be able to follow the steps in below post to replace the admin. If problem persists, send me a PM.
