I would like to mention the really pro-active support I received from Aduro Technologies (AduroSmart).
Several times I have mentioned that one of my ERIA Motion Sensors was what I called flaky - sometimes sluggish to react and every now and then drops off the network. The other one seems rock solid. I figured that was just the way the product was.
A few weeks ago I got an unsolicited contact from Aduro asking if I would provide my address so they could send me a replacement because they had seen my comment on the forum. I provided my address and about a week later a box showed up with a replacement. I just installed it so I don't have long term test results yet but I have to say I am impressed with a company that is pro-active about keeping customers happy.
