Any ad blocker or other extensions in addition to Lastpass running in your browser? Which browser and OS?

Browser is Brave, OS is WIndows 10, I'll try a different browser.....

Tried with FireFox and MS Edge with the same results w/o LastPass turned off and not loaded respectively.

I'm having same problem. Tried mobile browser, clearing cache/cookies/data, multiple desktop browsers. Submitted the support form a few days ago, but haven't heard back.

Should mention hardware/software: I tried on iPhone 12 with Safari, and Ubuntu 22 desktop with Firefox.

Looks like they have confirmed the issue and published incident 153975 (cannot post links here) to track status.
