Elevated and Severe Hub Loads with v2.3.4

To update, after a few reboots and a couple of nights the hubs all appear to have settled down to normal now. They were becoming unresponsive, to the extent that a button-press would take many seconds to respond, but whatever it was appears to have worked itself out now. Telling people it's fixed is a guaranteed way to make the problem reappear, so let's see what happens.
