I started using Sharptools early in my Hubitat adventure. It was easy for me to create dashboards and the rule machine seemed intuitive and worked well. Sending SMS messages to my phone was simple and effective.
My SMS messages stopped coming when my garage door opened and closed. After a little fiddling I contacted support through the app. Josh responded by email in an hour or two and helped me get going quickly.
Somehow the authorization between Hubitat and Sharptools was broken. Fix was easy. FYI for anyone in the same situation click on Hubitat on this screen even if you see a green check. Reconnect to Hubitat with username and password and everything is working again.
