Some of my device tiles are no longer showing as green on the tablet display but are dimmed. When I press on the siren tile it will trigger the siren and shut off when pressed again. Normally and still with the remaining devices they turn red when triggered (door open, etc) and return to green after closed.
What might be the issue?
