Settings -> "Restore Apps" throws error

I guess you could try manually navigating to this URL: https://hubitat.local/installedapp/status/28 (replace "hubitat.local" with your IP address if you know it or this doesn't work, and make sure 28 aligns with the app ID you see in the URL bar when opening the Import/Export/Clone app, as it appears it should from your error log). This will open the normally-hidden App Status page for this app. Then, use the "Remove Export/Import/Clone" from the bottom.

After that, try doing this again from Settings and see if the error persists.
