Set Dimmer Level w/ Inovelli switch activation based upon time of day

Objective: When the Inovelli is toggled up (on), set the dimmer level based upon time of day.

Daylights can do this, along with a few other tricks for colour temp and RGB bulbs.

For standard dimmers, it will automatically increase and decrease the brightness across the day.
