Set bulb (off) to dimmer (on) value when bulb turns on

Hi there, I have a Caseta dimmer and a LIFX Bulb. Sometimes the Caseta is on with a dim value of 50 while the LIFX is off but has a value of not 50 if I were to turn it on. I would like the event of turning the LIFX on to trigger a track of the Caseta (eg: set it to the same value of the Caseta, in this case 50). Any pointers?
