Sengled Zigbee not pairing - duplicate device ID

Hello,
I tried adding a Zigbee Sengled Element Classic to my hubitat this morning, it was previously attached to a different ZigBee network. I did the network reset no problem, click Discover Device - Zigbee - the light flashes and shows Initializing on the hub, and then it just hangs there. Never lets me add a name/hit save. Repeating the process with the log open in a different tab, I see the following log entry:
Initializing Zigbee Device B0CE18140336049E, 2989

Device Network ID 2989 is already in use on my Zigbee, by device B0CE181403135799. I tried changing B0CE181403135799 to a different device ID (298A) but then it just stopped responding and I had to remove/repair B0CE181403135799.

Any idea on how to proceed?

Deleted both bulbs, restarted hubitat, and re-added both bulbs. Seems to have fixed it.
