Sengled E1C-NB7 Using Generic Zigbee Driver-What's With The Deluge Of "Skipped" In Logs?

When the device is turned on, with a load plugged in, there are frequent "Skipped" messages in Logs.
Power reporting is set to disabled.
If the load is unplugged, the messages stop.
The messages are quite frequent, averaging 14 second intervals, and can be seen at the Info level.
If power reporting is set to disabled, the skipped messages continue, along with a valid power reading.
@mike.maxwell , any insights?
Log Snip:

looks like a debug line that didn't get removed for production...
Which driver is this exactly?

Is that a driver thing that can be fixed?

Generic Zigbee Outlet

It should only be there is debug logging is enabled.

Nevertheless, would the chattiness cause problems?

I wouldn't like seeing that, it looks to be a summary of current delivered?
Anyway we didn't ask for it to report that attribute, so I don't know if it can be disabled or not.
