I am getting very frustrated. I have done the factory reset on the bulb with a toggle of on/off 10 times and 15 times. The bulb will flash into factory reset mode. I try to pair and it just wont pair. What am I doing wrong? The bulb is a supported device in Hubitat's list. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you gotten other devices/bulbs to pair? Is it within 20 to 40 feet of the hub? I've gotten mine to pair about 20 feet away. Do you have another hub you can test it out with, such as Amazon Echo 4th gen?
