Sengled B11 Zigbee Smart Bulb?

Hubitat C7 running version 2.3.9.184 So in my dinning room I have a ceiling fan that has a 4 bulb light fixture. I have put the Sengled bulb in each socket. All bulbs/sockets work fine except for one. One light will just not play it says it’s on, on the Hubitat dashboard but it’s actually off and and the other way too. I do have control over it though. For instance I’ll turn it on and then for some reason it will turn off on its own and show that it is on, on the dashboard but it’s really off. Then I’ll check the devices events to see why it turned off and there’s no event last event shows turned on. I have tried 3 separate light bulbs all the same kind all end up acting the same way. The only thing I can come up with is a bad socket any other ideas?

While Dashboard should be accurate, when troubleshooting device states, it's always best to leave that out of the picture and just look directly at the device detail page. I assume you see the same thing there.

If you're looking at "Events" from the device detail page and looking specifically for commands ("command" under the type column) but don't see anything there, then it's not the hub doing this – or at least not if it isn't a member of any Zigbee groups where you might be commanding the group instead (check the group device, too, in that case). If you want to be extra-sure, you could shut down the hub for a few minutes or however long it takes and see if the problem persists.

So, your suspicion that it's something else is a likely guess. My assumption would be that the bulb is bad before I assume that it's the socket, but you can probably test that easily too by switching the bulbs around and seeing if that matters. Another easy thing to try that might not help but can't hurt is to reset and re-pair the problematic bulb (don't remove it from the hub first; it will be recognized as the same device).
