I personally use @bertabcd1234 's "Device Activity Check" App. It is simple and works very reliably.

I use Device Watchdog to do the same thing however as it's looking for activity it works best for devices with frequent temperature or battery level reporting.

If you look for activity of a switch then go away for the weekend or just don't use it for a few days, it will report the switch as offline since it didn't get switched, unless that switch is automated even while you're away.

thanks all for quick reply.. what i want is send sms to my mobile when my wall switch go offline.. why i want is.. if my wall switch trip by any reason and if i know early it can prevent fire or other big accident.
