Selling a used Hubitat Elevation C-7 Smart Home Hub and a PoE Splitter, allowing it to be powered over Ethernet. Otherwise powered by MicroUSB, which I do not have the original. But can include on request for free.
The device works, but I just moved back with family that already had a Hubitat Hub. I still love Hubitat!
