In my latest YouTube video Self-Hosted Camera Magic I show how to voice command a 4k RTSP video camera stream encoded with h.265 to display in 4k on a 4k TV from an Alexa voice routine. I use a virtual switch defined in Hubitat and a Rule Machine Rule to initiate the video stream.
