Open another tab and keep the log open. Also @ritchierich had a lot of trouble with Zigbee water sensors and found a workaround to the issue. Read from here for some ideas.
I’ve had better success with Zigbee devices by resetting, then removing the battery for 10 sec, reinsert and put them in pairing again.
