Screwed up migration from C-7 to C-8 Pro

Unfortunately, I screwed up my migration from my C-7 to C-8 Pro. I didn't realize (my bad) that local backups didn't have radio data. I have a subscription to Hub Protect, but I didn't use the cloud backup (the web interface wasn't showing me the most recent backup, so I ignored it) and instead used a local backup. Then, thinking I successfully migrated, I transferred my Hub Protect Subscription to the new hub and removed the old hub. Now I don't have any Z-wave or ZigBee devices connected AND, I can't get back to my old cloud backups to just do the migration again.

So, is there any way for me to get access to a cloud backup from my C-7? It would be a lot easier to just re-migrate than to manually bring over all the devices.

TIA.

I was able to re-register my old hub, then do a one-time cloud backup of it without moving my Hub Protect subscription. I downloaded that to the new hub, overwriting everything there (nothing new had been added). Now I have all my devices, although many have repair buttons, which work for a while and do nothing. I'm having trouble with several sensors. I'm working on those and will report back.

You can try a shut down/pull power 30s/restore power, that can help w/issues w/the radios after a restore or other changes. Battery devices can take longer to check in/update after a migration.

Oh, and make sure you have your C7 shut down/pull power so its radios aren't broadcasting. Radios are still on unless a hub is disconnected from power.

Thanks @danabw, things seem to be settling out over time, but I'll try the shut down/restart procedure you recommend. I have a few contact sensors that seem to be reporting open, but then never report closed. Maybe a refresh will deal with this.
