Schlage Zwave Door Lock how to alert for door jammed

Migrant from wink over here. I used to have an alert if the door lock was jammed. Will eventually get a contact sensor to detect the door is opened. But is there any way to get a notification if door jams.

I do see under device events it reports unknown when jammed.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure this question was asked before here, but when I search, I come up empty. Have you looked to see what is logged when it jams?

Front Door was unknown [digital]

I have a rule that sends me a notification that the lock has jammed and it attempts to re-lock the lock. It seems to only jam on the lock command.

You need to create a new condition using the Custom Attribute capability. Select the lock and then you should see lock attribute and the unknown under value.

I have two locks, hence the two IF statements.
