I have Schlage lock that seems to have gotten 'out of sync' or something. When people use the lock, I get the alerts I am supposed to get. But on my dashboard the lock always says 'unlocked' (even though it's not). When I go to my hub page, and click the buttons like Lock, Unlock, etc, nothing happens. How do I fix this?
Which Schlage lock? Z-Wave or Z-Wave Plus?
A good first step would be to reboot the lock by unplugging batteries and plugging back in after a short wait. Also consider that your batteries might be weak. If it’s Z-Wave non-Plus, try a Z-Wave repair.

Select the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of any hub interface page, choose Z-Wave details, click Repair Z-Wave.
But, before you do this, in another browser tab, have the live logs open so you can see progress and see when it finishes.
