As @csteele said, there are indirect ways to integrate Vera and Hubitat. One way is using Node-RED, which both Hubitat and Vera integrate with, permitting you to use Hubitat events to control Vera devices and vice-versa.
A second way is to integrate Vera with Home Assistant, and then use the Hubitat integration Home Assistant Device Bridge to bring Vera devices into Hubitat.
