Schlage customer service.... It doesn't suck

My basement be469ZP went....(don't know why). Called Schlage. Long wait time on hold, but once the rep was on the line I simply described the issue and my trouble shooting steps. They had me send a pic of the lock, then grabbed my address info and sent an email showing that a new lock would arrive in 5-7 days. The whole process took less than 10 mins. Second time I lost a lock and second time that their excellent CS has come through... No fuss, no muss.

How long had you owned the lock?

This one was about 5 years old. Completely dead. Weird.

I still have my original BE469 Z-Wave (no plus :slightly_frowning_face: ) and it's rolling along w/zero issues, but it's great to hear that Schlage may help me out when it finally dies. I'll give them your name, of course. :slight_smile:
