Not sure what is going on here, but when I click the unlock button the door immediately after unlocking, locks again. So unless you can act super quick, you would never get in lol. Anyone know why it would act this way.. it seems to have no issues receiving the command to unlock and get updated status.. The lock itself is on firmware 11.. so a very new device.
A few questions I can think of that might narrow this down:
What driver are you using?
If this driver wasn't automatically selected, did you click "Configure" after you changed to it?
What does the "in use by" section on the lock's device page in Hubitat look like? You could have an app or rule that acts on this device in response to an unlock.
Try disabling the auto-lock feature on the lock itself.
Auto-lock is supposed to occur only after a 30 second timer; however, I vaguely remember reading on Reddit about someone having a similar issue with a Schlage Sense lock, and disabling auto-lock on the lock fixed the issue.
So I did have a couple rules, but they were paused. I deleted them thinking maybe something just got hung up somehow. Sure enough, that seemed to fix it and now when I trigger the unlock command it unlocks and doesn't lock right away. I didn't setup anything on the lock itself for auto-locking or alarms etc.. figured id rely on hubitat for all of that. Going to try and create my auto-lock rule again which I tie in with the door sensor... basically will tell it, if the door sensor changes to closed and the door is unlocked, lock the door after 1 minute.
