Schlage BE469ZP stopped working

Hello everyone. I have a C-7 and all 5 of my BE469ZP Z-Wave deadbolts stopped working since Aug 20 evening. I haven't attempted to re-pair any of them yet. They aren't reporting any event and there isn't any log entry since then. Tried Z-Wave repair and all 5 locks were reported as failed nodes. All of my other Z-wave devices are working normally. Just updated to 2.2.8.156 today from 2.2.7 and it did not fix it.

Anyone with the same lock having issue at the moment? Any insight as to how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much.

Do they work from the keypad, so you know the batteries are good?

If these are failed, you could do a discover on that device from the Zwave settings page with the lock in inclusion mode, and see if it "pops" back into place. That way you wouldn't lose anyplace these are used like dashboards, automations, and all that.

I have 3 of the Schlages and whenever my locks stop reporting I can just disconnect the battery and reconnect and they always come back. You have probably already tried that but I thought I would mention it.

I have one and same thing as above, pop the battery off first then test. I also do a hub reboot from Settings.

Interesting. All 3 of mine went off line on the 20th too. Only noticed today because I was working on stuff at the new house. Repair did nothing. I did the battery thing, and then hit refresh a few times until the lock came back on line. Seems fine now. Strange things are afoot... @bobbyD any other similar reports?

Forgot to add that I'm on older 2.2.7.128, also a C7.

Thanks @neonturbo. There isn't a discover button for the locks, just "refresh" and "repair". Neither helped. Batteries are good on all locks as they work manually.

Tried popping the battery, same thing - all 5 locks are still disconnected. Refresh/Configure didn't help. Tried rebooting the hub and Z-Wave Repair as well.

I was doing refresh on my z-wave settings page on the affected lock line

Deleted my last response by accident but anyway refreshing via the z-wave settings page fixed the issue. Thanks @rlithgow1 !

I gave up and moved the lock to ST as a comparison. It seems to work fine on ST. Time will tell...
