I went to add a device and was prompted to upgrade this morning to JS. Months ago I switched to JS and had to switch back. My locks were not sending back info that I used in rules to text match on.
Any idea if this works now?
Ex of text..."Back Door Lock was locked by thumb turn [physical]"
In this case I'm matching on "thumb" to know it was changed from the inside
It should.. If it doesn't it can probably be fixed fast with some log data
Sounds like old Z-Wave driver tricks for devices that don't always report.. A Get sent after a Set..
I'll check the driver's duplicate event filtering.. Which driver are you using @danabw

Interesting...thx...I'm guessing I could work around that with Booleans in my rules so they would not retrigger.. When you start getting messages that refer to you running "legacy" anything it is probably time to start looking at the upgrade
