I keep on getting the following error:
I've tried to reboot, and rebuild database, etc. but keep on getting this error.
Any suggestions?

Can you try taking a manual backup and restoring it back instead of doing a "rebuild on reboot" option?
No need to do a soft reset inbetween.
I did a complete soft reset, and got the same message.
Can you PM me the hub id?
