The next run time is not populated. The rule is still true. It stopped repeating around 2:17. This is the second time in 3 nights.
Rule:
The hub does DB backup and maintenance each night between 2 and 3 am, check what time the backup took place (Settings->Backup and Restore) the last few nights to see if that corresponds.
That is when it happened both times. @bobbyD Don't know if there is anything I can do to get more data. Should I e-mail support?
I know this is an old thread, but it is happening to me now - @napalmcsr weee you able to resolve this issue, and do you remember how, if so?
Wow, that was a long time ago... I don't remember, but I think the fix was a firmware fix back in the day. Do you see the events on your son's page?
