Scene with no name - how can I delete?

Somehow I ended up with a scene with no name. No idea how this happened. I can't click on it so can't delete it. Any suggestions? Thanks

Click the gear icon and there should be a remove button at the bottom.

Probably clicked create and then hit back in the browser.
