Is it possible to see the time remaining of my washer and dryer on a dashboard or ask Alexa how much time it felt on the cycle.
Do you have the washer/dryer integrated into Hubitat at all right now? If so, both of those things are possible (the first without much difficulty; the second...with some difficulty, in that you'll also need some Alexa TTS solution installed, like Echo Speaks, but you might also want to check if these devices just have some native Alexa integration that can do this).
But if not, that would be the first step.
I have a smart Samsung washer and dryer set. I use the “Samsung Smart Home -Complete” Alexa skill, which allows me to ask Alexa how much time is left on the washer or dryer, it also uses Alexa to automatically announce “The washer cycle is finished” and “the dryer cycle is finished”.
One thing that really annoys me about using the Alexa skill is it makes me re-sign in to my Samsung account every few weeks.
Hubitat integration that uses Samsung’s API would probably be much more informative, but until then the Alexa skill does basically what I need.
In a couple of weeks, we will have a dryer integration. I do the code and another user does the testing (I do not have a smart Samsung Washer/Dryer). The integration uses the SmartThings cloud (free) (no ST Hub required). This will follow-up with the Samsung Oven.

I do not have them in Hubitat yet I just bought the washer and dryer and still trying to figure all the bells yet. I have Alexa working with them just thought it would be nice to see it on my dashboard also. I am new to Hubitat and still learning it I came from Smartthings and am still using it till i figure out how to make all my automations work with Hubitat. Thanks for you input
