I have two Sengled bulbs which have the same ZID. I have paired one of them and it is in my device list. However, when I try to pair the second bulb, it always brings up the first bulb. How can I get the second bulb paired?
I think the first thing I'd try if that happened to me was deleting both of them from the device list, and restart the hub to clear its memory. Then follow any instructions there might be for a factory reset of the bulbs. Then start again but this time pair the second bulb first. Not saying it will work but that would be my instinct.
Oh and maybe even restart the hub after pairing the first bulb...
Do you mean they have the same 64 bit Zigbee ID? That's a MAC address... they are supposed to be unique! If so, I don't think you can join them both to the same hub at all since they will always appear to be the same device.
I'd consider contacting Sengled support and getting one replaced.
I've had this problem, it's not finding the 2nd bulb, it's rediscovering the first bulb. The MAC ID's are the unique fingerprint for each device
