Rules not removing from device page

@bravenel In the process of determining why a rule isn't working I just noticed something you should be aware of. (My issue is more than likely device related not rule machine error)

But what I noticed was any previous rule remained listed as part of the "devices" page.....I currently only have 2 rules "in rule machine" listed for this device shown here..

But upon looking at the device page it is shown here (after I deleted 3 I thought I would inform of this) It originally listed 7 rules for this device (5 were previous rules that were deleted from the rule machine app)

These should be cleaned up by a job that runs periodically in the hub.

I've had the same issue with Keenect Lite, which I've been able to clean up by clicking on the leftover entries on the Device page and Removing them.
